2021 Vintage

We are happy to announce that 2021 vintage has begun!

There is plenty of fruit being processed and plenty of smiles on faces out in the vineyards as you can see!

We have hit some expected bumps but things are going well considering.

Conditions started out fairly warm and dry so Sev & the team were working hard to keep the water up in the vineyards.

Just as all of the hard work was starting to pay off we had an unexpected turn in weather conditions! Heavy rain hit just before picking was about to take place making it impossible to begin on time.

Sev & the team spent the week assessing conditions and making plans for the next couple of weeks.

Fortunately the fruit is still in good condition and the warm weather this week will get us back on track!

We are looking forward to seeing the rest of this vintage carry out hopefully a bit smoother than it has so far.

We are also looking forward to soon being able to share these beautiful wines with you.

Oh and Charlie the chocolate Labrador was happy to have a visit from Bessie at the vineyard!
