Vintage Update

It has been a busy past couple of weeks, with vintage commencing early, but things have been progressing very well!

This week we harvested fruit for White, Rose, and Red production... Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot, Shiraz and Tempranillo. All of our Whites and Rose have now been completed, which means it's time to start focussing on our reds that are ripening fast to keep up with the Vintage 2024 vibe!

Fruit is looking very clean with good intensity.
